I am writing to thank you, and in particular Dave, for the excellent level of service you have provided over the past few months with regards to my 2002 BMW E46 320d Touring.
After purchasing the car in March 2012 with a full BMW main dealer and BMW specialist service history, I was disappointed to find various issues that I think should not have been evident considering its history.
I feel that you have worked in my best interests to address all these issues in order of safety/importance and cost, and in particular for curing the traction control problem its had since I bought it, which two BMW specialists before you could not even diagnose correctly!
The car as we know still has a few minor niggles to deal with as and when budget allows, however it drives so much better than when I first bought it, and I will only be bringing it to you for all further work.
We will also be bringing our 2008 Fiesta Zetec S TDCi to you from now on. We have never had a problem with the Ford workshop that has been looking after it for the past souple of years, howeber we are so pleased with your workmanship and service we want to bring this business to you.
I’s have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family, and being a BMW forum member I have sung your praises online already.
